Smoky quartz ear tunnels
I just bought some smoky quartz ear tunnels from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the quality. They were supposed to be double flare, but the back flare was way too small, so they kept falling out. It's obvious that they weren't made well, and I was pretty annoyed that I couldn't tell they were too small until I actually wore them. And on top of all that, when I tried to return or exchange them, the staff refused to help because I had already opened the package. Their lack of accountability and bad customer service really rubbed me the wrong way. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I got these really adorable purple glasses from this place, and I absolutely adored them! They were my absolute faves until one day they broke! But you know what? I reached out to them, and they actually sent me a brand new pair for no charge at all!! They were so kind and quick about it, I was over the moon with their customer service. I would totally recommend all my buds to shop from this place.

I was freaking out because I didn't have my glasses, but it turns out I accidentally sent them to my old address. The folks at customer service were super sweet and gave me the option to get a refund or have a new pair sent out. They really came through for me!

I had a bunch of old football jerseys just taking up space in my closet. I found this awesome website where I could sell them, and let me tell you, the process was super quick and easy! All I had to do was submit the details of my shirts, they quickly calculated the value, and as soon as I agreed to the sale, the money was in my account. Plus, they even covered the postage for sending them in. It was such a breeze!

Black dress purchase
I bought this black dress from the store not too long ago and honestly, I'm so let down by the whole experience. It's been over a month since I made the order and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times through their website and Instagram, but no one has gotten back to me. On top of all that, as someone ordering internationally, I had to pay for shipping and customs fees for something that hasn't even shown up yet. It's just not right and I'm super irritated with the lack of communication and the super slow delivery.

Smart safety device purchase
The packaging was really nice and when I first checked out the product, it seemed like it was gonna be great. But I was let down when I found out that some of the cool stuff they advertised, like personal help from real people and special features, actually needed me to pay extra. It ended up costing a lot more than I thought. The way they fooled me with their ads made me feel like I got scammed into buying it. I'm in high school and I thought this thing would be useful, but honestly, I hardly ever even use it. And to make things worse, not long after I bought it, they had a big sale on the exact same product. That really bugged me.

Hunter wellies
I bought a pair of wellies from this company to give to my daughter-in-law for Christmas. But they ended up leaking water soon after she started wearing them. I reached out about the issue on January 5th, and it's still not fixed as of January 30th. The customer service I've gotten has been awful, and I'm really disappointed with how this whole thing has gone down. I'd recommend staying away from this company if you can.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with that company recently. I tried to buy something online and ran into all sorts of problems. The website was a pain to figure out, the chat option was a no-go, and for some reason, my order got canceled out of nowhere. It was super annoying dealing with all that lack of customer service and technical glitches.

I've been a loyal customer for a while, but my recent experience has me wondering if it's even worth it to keep shopping here. I bought something online and was told it would arrive quickly, but the tracking number they gave me didn't work. Customer service wasn't much help and didn't really seem to care. It's annoying to pay top dollar and get such lousy service. Brooks Brothers, you gotta do better if you want to keep people coming back.

Various bras
I bought some bras from this company recently, and I've gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. The seams on all of them are super itchy, and the elastic is scratchy against my skin. My skin isn't even that sensitive, but the irritation was just too annoying. I tried to tough it out, but I won't be buying from them again. It seems like the cutting process during manufacturing is the problem, because every bra I got had the same annoying itchiness.

Passed PMP Exam First Attempt
I just passed the PMP exam on my first attempt, all thanks to the awesome PDF notes I got from the course I bought. I didn't even have to look at PMBOK or Rita's books. The notes were super organized, easy to follow, and actually made studying kind of fun. I watched some extra videos online to supplement my learning. Thanks to all the materials from Master of Project Academy, I walked into that exam feeling confident and totally ready.

Waterproof packaging necessary
I just bought something from this online store and the ordering part was easy peasy. But man, I didn't get a delivery notification until way early in the morning, like 3.42am. By then, my package was already left outside in the rain and got totally soaked. Good thing the stuff inside was wrapped in plastic or it would've been a real mess. They should really use waterproof packaging, especially with the crazy English weather!
