Rental car experience
The rental car experience was a complete nightmare all the way through. The person helping us when we picked up the car was really rude and not helpful at all, which made the terms and conditions pretty confusing. It was a pain to add another driver, and there were so many documents we needed to provide, it felt like too much. And on top of that, trying to add insurance on the website was a real pain, adding even more stress and frustration. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone who wants a smooth and easy rental car experience.
Rental car experience
My rental car experience was not great. The car I got had a hard time going up hills, which made driving really annoying and worrying. Plus, I couldn't even connect my phone to the car for navigation, which was a big hassle during my trip. Even though the Citroen C4 Cactus looked cool, the problems I had with it were more important than how it looked. Basically, my experience was a letdown and definitely not what I was hoping for when renting a car.
Flat tire oversight
I completely forgot to check the spare tire, and when I did, it was flat. The team just had me take a video of the car, and that was all they needed to know it wasn't my fault.
Convenient pick up and drop off location.
I just booked a rental car through this service and I was so impressed with how easy it was to pick a spot for pick up that wasn't at the airport. Being able to get a ride to the rental place and back to the airport when we were done made everything so much better and stress-free.
Small car hire for the weekend
I just rented a little car for a weekend getaway and went with a car rental service. They had a bunch of cars to choose from and the prices were pretty good. I picked a rental place that wasn't right at the airport in Manchester. They had a shuttle that came by every 20 minutes, so it was easy for me to get to their car rental spot.
Quick car booking
Booking a car and picking it up at Faro airport was really simple, but the pick up point was so far from where we landed. We were pretty surprised to come home and see a 21.77 euro charge for something called "E-Toll" service. We didn't even drive on any fancy A roads, so what's the deal, Firefly?
Quick and efficient car rental process
My time at Holiday Autos was awesome! The car was ready for me at the desk, and even though I had to drive a bit from the airport, everything went quick and smooth. I was really impressed by all the different cars to choose from and how great the service was. And whenever there was a problem, the staff took care of it right away.
