I had been dealing with fertility issues for quite some time, so I figured I'd give the natural fertility plan from this company a shot. They offered a personalized approach that looked like it could be helpful, with a focus on things like diet, sleep, and lifestyle factors that might impact fertility. The program was pretty straightforward to follow, and the support I got from the fertility coach kept me going. But even after a few months on the plan, I didn't really see any big changes in how I was doing. In the end, despite some good points about the program, I was left feeling let down by the lack of results.
