My time dealing with customer service at this store was amazing. I had to swap out a sweater for a different size and it was super easy. I gave back the item and got the new one in my hands in just 2 days, which was really quick. On top of that, they replied to my emails right away before my return, showing they care about their customers. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the whole thing enjoyable.
