Custom sized rugs
I'm so thrilled with the custom-sized rugs I got from this place. The color is amazing, and the pad underneath really makes a difference in keeping everything in place, especially with my playful dogs. Contemporary lighting choices
The modern lighting choices on this website are really great. It's easy to find what you want since the site is so well done. When my order came, there were a lot of pieces, but putting everything together was easier than I thought. Once I got it all set up, I was so happy with how it looked. Redbud trees purchase
I just bought a couple of those Redbuds called "Forest Pansy" from this company to spruce up my garden. But when they arrived, one of them had a broken main branch, probably from being roughed up in transit. The rest of the trees looked fine though. I reached out to Customer Service on their website, and they got back to me quickly. They're sending me a replacement tree, so I'm pretty happy with the plants and the customer service experience.

Recent vacation at a luxury resort
My recent vacation at a luxury resort was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect, with everything I needed - restaurants, pools, and fun stuff to do. I've been to a lot of resorts before, but this one really impressed me with its delicious food, awesome kids club, entertaining activities for the little ones. The beach views were just breathtaking, and it was so nice that the restaurants were air-conditioned - no more sweating while eating! I had an awesome time and I'm already looking forward to going back again.

Misleading size conversion chart
I really wish I had checked the reviews before buying these sandals. I trusted the recommended size chart on the website, but when they arrived, they were way too small. After doing some digging, I found out that the EU to UK size conversion they had listed was way off. When I contacted them to complain and arrange a return, they even charged me £4.90 for their mistake. It's frustrating to see such a lack of care for customers. They offered me a voucher for my next purchase, but I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

Gold beaded bracelet purchase
I just bought a gold beaded bracelet from this place, and let me tell you, I am really happy with how nice it looks and how well it's made. The bracelet is simple but classy, and the little gold beads with diamond accents really make it stand out. I like that I can wear it with other jewelry I have to mix things up. You can tell they put effort into making it because it's so well-crafted. I'm super happy with my purchase and will for sure come back for more stuff.

Cheese and sausage gift box
Yo, so I got this cheese and sausage gift box thinking it would be awesome, right? But man, total fail. I even checked with the customer service peeps about this holiday market at the mall, and they straight up lied to my face. Like, who does that? I wasted so much time and gas heading over there just to find out it was all fake news. And when I tried to tell them how I felt, they couldn't even bother to call me back. So not cool. No discounts, no free shipping, nada. That place is dead to me now, peace out.

They are international but sent from California. Terrible quality. False advertising. No communication, never sent tracking number, terrible customer service. Informed I was unable to return bracelet. Will report this.

I too am trying to cancel my order. My FIRST order took a MONTH!! My Dumb ASS ordered Again because it stated they were Based in CALIFORNIA!! No Response from their Customer Service. I should have just gone Back on Base and ordered it THAT way
