Mother's Day bouquet for my mom
I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day about a week before the big day. Supposed to show up between the 10th and 12th, but I got notifications that the delivery was attempted on the 10th at different times. I was home all day but no one showed up. And then another notification came saying it was delivered at 3 in the morning? Checked outside, nothing there. Reached out to customer service, the first person took forever and then cut me off. The second person was a bit quicker but just kept saying the same things. They told me to wait until after 8pm on the 12th to ask for a refund, but on their end, it says it was delivered. I can't track it, so I'm just crossing my fingers that it'll show up eventually.

I'm so thrilled with the custom-sized rugs I got from this place. The color is amazing, and the pad underneath really makes a difference in keeping everything in place, especially with my playful dogs. Contemporary lighting choices
The modern lighting choices on this website are really great. It's easy to find what you want since the site is so well done. Redbud trees purchase
I just bought a couple of those Redbuds called "Forest Pansy" from this company to spruce up my garden. But when they arrived, one of them had a broken main branch, probably from being roughed up in transit. The rest of the trees looked fine though. I reached out to Customer Service on their website, and they got back to me quickly. They're sending me a replacement tree, so I'm pretty happy with the plants and the customer service experience.

I got this picture that came out really nice, but it took way longer to arrive than I expected. I was so bummed because it didn't make it in time for Mother's Day for my mom. The cost was reasonable, but I really wish it had gotten here faster.

I just bought a gold beaded bracelet from this place, and let me tell you, I am really happy with how nice it looks and how well it's made. The bracelet is simple but classy, and the little gold beads with diamond accents really make it stand out. I like that I can wear it with other jewelry I have to mix things up. Cheese and sausage gift box
Yo, so I got this cheese and sausage gift box thinking it would be awesome, right? But man, total fail. I even checked with the customer service peeps about this holiday market at the mall, and they straight up lied to my face. Like, who does that? I wasted so much time and gas heading over there just to find out it was all fake news. And when I tried to tell them how I felt, they couldn't even bother to call me back. So not cool. No discounts, no free shipping, nada. That place is dead to me now, peace out.

They are international but sent from California. Terrible quality. False advertising. No communication, never sent tracking number, terrible customer service. Informed I was unable to return bracelet. Will report this.

I too am trying to cancel my order. My FIRST order took a MONTH!! My Dumb ASS ordered Again because it stated they were Based in CALIFORNIA!! No Response from their Customer Service. I should have just gone Back on Base and ordered it THAT way
