I purchased something online, man, and it was a straight-up disaster. It took forever to get here, like over a month! And then, after only using it a few times, it broke. When I tried hitting up customer service for some help, it was a hot mess. The seller wouldn't respond and wanted me to send in some crazy video as proof, even though I had already told them what was wrong. Dealing with them was a struggle, and in the end, it was all a waste of time.
