Standing Desk Converter
I bought this standing desk converter that didn't cost a lot of money, so I was afraid it wouldn't be that great. But the real problem came when the thing showed up all messed up. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times but didn't hear back from them at all. It's pretty sad that they couldn't even help out with their cheap Chinese furniture. Don't recommend buying from them if you care about good stuff and getting good customer service.
Hellish nightmare
Man, let me tell you about the product I bought - what a disaster! It was a nightmare trying to put it together without any instructions. And when I tried to return it, forget about customer service, they were nowhere to be found. Tribesigns kept stalling my return request with weak excuses for weeks. And on top of that, they straight up lied to Amazon about taking the return. This seller is a true nightmare, full of tricks and lies.
Desk
Received item damaged. Box was damaged but taped with duck tape and the package was resealed. Asked for a refund but still having problems returning . I put the desk together but the desk is made cheap and once build it is wobbly. Two weeks asking for refund going back and forth with email. First they wanted give me $40 discount then $60 and finally $100. I let them know I do not want discount since the package and items are damaged, still waiting for my refund.
Terrible Desk
Advertised item as a desk but its 35 inches tall. Unless you are over 6'2 your hands will be shoulder height. They show the desk with a standard chair. I challenge them to use the chair shown. Customer service literally laughed at us and referred our concerns to their team located in CHINA. BUYER BEWARE. I reported them to the FTC. Please do the same if you have similar problems. I am surprised Amazon and Wayfair even carry their merchandise.
Shelving unit
Unit arrived without all of the necessary screws and bolts to assemble it. The included assembly instructions were for a completely different set of shelves and not the ones I ordered or received. I've attempted twice now to reach out to the company for the additional missing hardware and have gotten no where. Returning this thru Amazon, and if Tribesigns balks giving me a refund I will file a claim with my credit card company.

Wow, so many pop-ups! Pop-ups when you first land on the website. Then when you go to actually pay for an item, you are invited to leave a tip. No. No tip. Then after you complete the purchase, you get a pop-up "inviting" you to buy some random ... that the company is trying to move. That pop-up makes it look like I just bought the wrong product, which is upsetting, confusing, and annoying. Then, I get an email trying to get me to come back and sign up for spam from Tribesigns. No. All of this put together makes me uninterested in doing business with Tribesigns.
After all of this BS, I asked for a refund. What an annoying waste of time.Armoire
I made an order and requested to have it cancelled 15 hours later. Per the website they will honor a cancellation within a 24 hour period. I have emailed them, messaged them on instagram, and facebook and have had no response.
Tall Shelving
Ordered two tall, heavy shelving units. Both arrived without the hardware necessary to assemble them. Immediately contacted customer service. Five weeks later still no hardware. Excuse after excuse. Very poor customer service.
Bookdisplay case
The absolutely worst customer service. No phone access. Merchandise sent. Arrived damaged. Looked like we were sent used parts. Be aware likelihood what you receive will not be new. Then be prepared to negotiate via email. Aaaaaaaach! Awful
Heavy duty garment rack
I purchased a garment rack and was delivered, but didn't receive it. The customer service office is remote, fast, but unable to offer courteous assistance.
Chair
My issue is I can't get a number and my chair came with zero hardware so I don't really know what to do take the whole thing to Lowes I guess see if they can help me won't ever buy from them again
Desk
Frustrating!! There are pieces of the desk that do not bolt together because of wrong hole alignment. Not all pieces were numbered. No number to call and NOBODY emails back. Thanks for ruining our surprise for our son’s graduation. Never again!!
Another Tribesigns victim here - did anything ever come of your submission to the IC3 site? I've already done the same, as well as on the Better Business Bureau.
2 industrial bookcases
First one arrived without the screws drilled out. They told me to go buy the screws at my local hardware store and will not send new ones or let me make a return. So it’s useless. The second one just never came. This has been one of my worst online shopping experiences ever trying to get what I paid for it a return. I am now going through capital one as a dispute. Do not order a thong from this company. I even tipped them.
Coffee table
I will never buy from this company again. Buyers beware if there is something missing with your order, you will never see it. I emailed them in January and now it is the end of March and I still have yet to receive it. There was every excuse in the book as to why it was not shipped out. I now have a coffee table with missing parts that's just sitting here in pieces. Terrible customer service and I hope to pass this along. Don't waste your money and buy elsewhere.
Desk & Chair
Never received either item- notified no stock now or future and requested refund- received partial refund apprx 3 weeks after initial order- Now almost 2 months since they charged my cc- and still waiting for remainder of refund- Communication emails from them are horrible- Sounds like a 3rd grader wrote them. NEVER use this company- I am preparing to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Lighted Vanity Desk
This item was delivered very late and box very damaged. Customer Service has been AWFUL. Actually asked me to just sell the item they sent me to get my money back. Who does that??!! Company refuses to take return and refund money when their return policy clearly states that returns are accepted within 30 days. Deceptive, untrustworthy and and misleading practice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Never respond to any requests - never received my product and the UPS tracking information is bogus. The tracking number shows on UPS site as never received by the shipper. They still will not answer any emails or communicate in any way with me.
Everything is good I WAS ONE PART SHORT WHICH IS THE A FOR THE DESK PART HOW CAN I GET THAT PART
