no refund, no discussion, they basically shut the door, you know. The picks are hit-or-miss; I actually liked the app layout and one analyst’s recent run kinda surprised me by doing okay, so there is something usable. Still, transparency is weak — they show short streaks and cherry-picked recent games instead of full-season records, so you can’t judge long-term value. After better runs with other sports sites, this felt like a step back. Functional interface, poor billing and support, not worth staying.
Trial mess, decent app
Phone buzzing at 2 a.m., I was scrolling the app after a tip from a friend. I almost didn't sign up — I had doubts about trials auto-renewing, customer support, all that. Figured a three-month promo would be fine. Canceled in the app three days before the end, or so I thought. Then bam, charged $24.99 and support said no refunds, no talk. That part still annoys me. On the flip side the interface is clean and one or two picks were actually decent, kind of surprising. But the expert pages felt sketchy, they'd show short hot streaks without clear long-term records, which felt misleading. Won't trust it again. Customer chat was unhelpful, slow, kinda robotic.
Wallet double take
projections were average. Then ten days ago they auto-renewed me at full price and said no refunds. That put a sour note on the whole thing. Kinda annoyed and wary now.
Strange recurring charges, sketchy support
get a clear cancellation confirmation and keep screenshots. Not perfect, honestly frustrating.
Charges showed up again
reps told me I had signed up and refused a refund because I technically had access, even though I never used the service after April. They produced paperwork later and my credit card company sided with them, which felt wrong. It's only about fifty dollars total, and in the end I'm kind of relieved it wasn't more, but it's a pain. Tip: check statements, save cancellation confirmations, and take screenshots. Be careful; their billing process is messy.
SportsLine: A Solid Sports Betting Platform with Room for Improvement
I've had experience with SportsLine, and overall, my experience has been just okay. It's a sports betting and fantasy sports website, and while it offers a wide range of sports and options to bet on, the user interface could use some work. It's not the most intuitive or user-friendly, and it's taken me a bit of time to navigate and find what I'm looking for.
The website offers a variety of sports to bet on, including football, basketball, baseball, and hockey. They also offer fantasy sports leagues for a variety of sports, which is a nice touch. The odds and lines offered by SportsLine are competitive with other sports betting websites, and they also offer live betting, which is a plus.
One thing that I found to be a bit of a downside is that their customer service isn't the best. I've had to reach out to them a few times with questions, and the response time has been slow and the answers I received weren't always helpful.
Overall, SportsLine is a decent option for sports betting and fantasy sports, but it's not the best in the industry. The user interface could use some improvement and the customer service could be better. If you're looking for a website to bet on sports, it's worth checking out, but don't expect to be blown away.
