Damaged desk purchase
I got this desk that came all messed up because it was packed pretty badly with tape. When I tried to send it back to get my money back, it was a whole ordeal. I had to talk with customer service for weeks, going back and forth. The desk itself was really flimsy and wobbly once I put it together. Finally, after bugging them a lot, I did get my refund.
