Faulty furniture purchase
This company is a total nightmare. The furniture I got was awful - pieces didn't fit, instructions were all wrong, it was a disaster. And don't get me started on customer service. I tried to get help, but it was useless. They didn't care about fixing things or giving me a new one. Such a frustrating experience. I'm never buying from them again.
