Video editing software experience
I've tried out a bunch of different video editing programs and I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by this one. It's not very easy to use and it's missing some basic features that you really need for smooth video editing. Not being able to delete or move around parts of the video easily just makes the whole editing process a pain. Even though you can upload your own media or look for stuff in the program, it's not as quick or efficient as I was hoping for. Honestly, I think I would've been better off using AI to write a script and grabbing media from other sites instead of using this program.

Bookcase purchase
I was really looking forward to buying a bookcase from this company! I saw some good reviews on their website and got excited. But man, that excitement didn't last long. When I actually checked out the item description, I noticed a bunch of mistakes. The depth measurements didn't make sense, and the bookcase was called a "Corner Bookcase" even though it didn't look like one in the picture. On top of that, the customer service emails were a hot mess. It was pretty obvious that whoever wrote them wasn't too great with English. After putting up with all that for a few days, I ended up canceling my order because of all the inaccuracies in the listing.

Terrible, scammy services. Repeated promises to return call to rectify the situation but you will not be called back. Any excellent reviews of this site are obviously fake. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Customer service is beyond horrible. Man with the deep yet miserable crotchety voice is just that. Was suppose to get my bill altered 3 times now in over a year due to bad service and it STILL has not been corrected. Instead of taking more and more clients how about you update your own network that has had the most issues by far, especially when it comes to any live sporting events. It is so horrible that you'd rather just watch and read the "play by play" format on ESPN. Other than the pricing the rest is garbage...but I guess we all get what we pay for.

Lol I did get a recent answer on why my account was never adjusted and credited. Its because I am set up for auto pay so it cant be done. Lol! Your still the ones who set the damn price and it's not set up to take out a specific amount each month...its set up to just pay what you send to my bank account!
