Bookcase purchase
I was really looking forward to buying a bookcase from this company! I saw some good reviews on their website and got excited. But man, that excitement didn't last long. When I actually checked out the item description, I noticed a bunch of mistakes. The depth measurements didn't make sense, and the bookcase was called a "Corner Bookcase" even though it didn't look like one in the picture. On top of that, the customer service emails were a hot mess. It was pretty obvious that whoever wrote them wasn't too great with English. After putting up with all that for a few days, I ended up canceling my order because of all the inaccuracies in the listing.

My shopping experience at this store was amazing. The website was super easy to use and I had no trouble finding what I needed. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire ordering process with updates that were clear and on time. AVOID THIS SITE! This site is a complete scam. You will be charged, and they will not proceed with payment to the hotel, leaving you without a room when you attempt to check in and leading to even higher charges as you attempt to locate a room at the last moment. Terrible, scammy services. Repeated promises to return call to rectify the situation but you will not be called back. Any excellent reviews of this site are obviously fake. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Customer service is beyond horrible. Man with the deep yet miserable crotchety voice is just that. Was suppose to get my bill altered 3 times now in over a year due to bad service and it STILL has not been corrected. Instead of taking more and more clients how about you update your own network that has had the most issues by far, especially when it comes to any live sporting events. It is so horrible that you'd rather just watch and read the "play by play" format on ESPN. Other than the pricing the rest is garbage...but I guess we all get what we pay for.

A trusted brand
Tops,shorts T-shirts shoes etc are very common products can be seen any every apparels and shoe stores.I am a sports person since 2014.
I have used this store Hylete many times previously but not recently . Last purchase made some times near February 2020.
Dozens of shorts ,socks ,bands and one backup shopped here.
As I wrote shorts or socks even shoes are looking similar but when we use , comfort level,durability and weather support make products different .
That is Hylete..Shorts of 2016 is still looking new and shoes like unused. They are masters of this field and every products so common makes it very uncommon.What I paid for each items reminds quality apparels , professional stitching ,colors .
If someone not yet used their products , can't make them understand this way..First purchase of any customer will prove why these products are different not otherwise.
Lol I did get a recent answer on why my account was never adjusted and credited. Its because I am set up for auto pay so it cant be done. Lol! Your still the ones who set the damn price and it's not set up to take out a specific amount each month...its set up to just pay what you send to my bank account!
