Anniversary gift purchase
I bought an anniversary gift recently and the customer service was awful. At first, things were okay because I used a coupon that made the item cheaper. But then, after I placed the order, they said they couldn't confirm my address on my credit card. Even though my credit card company said there were no problems and approved the purchase, they wanted a photo of my passport or driver's license for verification. I sent what they needed, but it was a pain and it really turned me off.

Recent online purchase
I just bought something online and the company they used to deliver it, DPD, is the worst. They don't even deliver packages and I've seen them toss packages around like it's nothing. It's been five days and my order still hasn't shown up. They claim I wasn't home for the delivery, so now my package is MIA.
