Label purchase issue
I had a really bad experience with this service. Their customer service is really bad and they never respond. I bought a label based on the correct weight of my package, which was confirmed by my local USPS. But then, weeks later, Shippo charged me a lot more, saying my package was twice as heavy as I said. I showed them proof from USPS that the weight was right, but Shippo still said I had to pay extra. It took them over 2 months to fix the problem, but the whole thing was annoying and not worth the little bit of money I saved by using them.
