Review about: SHISEIDO
Online order, delayed shipment, unresponsive customer service
I just bought something online from this company, but man, it has not been a good experience. The thing I wanted is on backorder and even though I've been waiting forever, it still hasn't shipped. I emailed customer service twice for an update, but they straight up ignored my first email. It took four days and another email for them to finally get back to me. And even then, the info they gave was so vague and not helpful at all. I still have no clue when my order will actually come. Seriously, this lack of communication is driving me crazy. It's just not cool.

Asset variety, search optimization needed
I just started using this platform, and I gotta say, they've got a ton of different assets to choose from. But, I'll be honest, it can be a bit of a hassle trying to find what I'm looking for because the search feature isn't all that great. Still, when it comes to finding music, sound effects, motion graphics templates, and stock footage, this platform definitely comes through for me.
