Microwave purchase
My experience with that company was super frustrating. Trying to get my microwave installed was a complete nightmare. I had to deal with long waits on the phone, three times the installers didn’t even show up, and a bunch of issues that popped up during the installation. The first installer forgot his drill bits and ended up connecting my dishwasher the wrong way, which caused water to go everywhere. And to top it off, I found a bracket for tip-over protection just chilling on my counter. Oh, and when my son tried to leave a review on their site, it never got posted even though it was totally clean and just honest feedback about what we went through. Just a mess all around.

I recently had a really bad experience with the customer service at this watch company. It seems like they don't care about helping customers quickly. When I tried to get help, all I got was automated responses that just made things worse. It's crazy how the same problems keep happening with different watches and they're not doing anything about it. This shows me that they don't really care about making sure their products are good quality. As a customer, I expect them to take care of problems right away, but it looks like Citizen Watches isn't up to the task.
