I found this cool electric guitar online that caught my attention, but it wasn't quite what I wanted. I talked to customer service about the price, and man, they were so stubborn. Bobby Charlton wouldn't give me a break, even when I mentioned a discount for big orders. In the end, I gave in and placed my order, but now it seems like my delivery is lost. The 3 to 5-day shipping time passed, and still no guitar. What a letdown, you know?
Guitar and accessories purchase
I am really impressed with the service I get at this store. The staff is always so friendly and professional, no matter what. The stuff they sell is top-notch quality and not too pricey. The store has a nice feel to it, very welcoming, and I never feel rushed or pressured. The staff really knows their stuff and always helps me find what I need. Overall, I've had only good experiences here and I'll definitely keep shopping here.
Electric guitar amp purchase
The guy helping us out at the store in Lancaster, PA was really helpful and knew his stuff. Chris Myers listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to find the right amp for us. We liked how he kept us informed and honest throughout the whole thing. Normally we like to check out things in person before buying, but Chris made us feel good about ordering without seeing it first. The prices were fair, and we felt like we were getting a good deal. All in all, our trip to Guitar Center was awesome, all thanks to Chris and his great customer service.
Used DJ controller purchase
I just bought a used DJ controller from Guitar Center, but it came without a power cord. The staff there was really helpful and got me set up with a new power cord and USB cable at a good price. Once I got everything set up, the controller worked flawlessly. I'm really happy with the service I received from the Guitar Center team.
Guitar amplifier and cables
The person working at Guitar Center was awesome. They were super friendly, professional, and really helpful the whole time we were shopping. They listened to what we were looking for and gave us some really good suggestions and choices. They made the whole buying process easy and fun. They were so positive and went out of their way to help us, which really made a difference in our shopping trip.
Guitar stuff
I really like getting guitar stuff from this place because they always have what I'm looking for and the prices are great. And if they happen to be out of stock in-store, I just order online and it arrives really quickly!
Guitar purchase and shipment from VT to TN
I had a great experience at Guitar Center in Williston, Vermont. I found a guitar I liked online and had it shipped to Tennessee. The store manager was really helpful and knew a lot about guitars. He made it easy for me to buy and organize the shipment. I've bought stuff from Guitar Center in the past and they always have good service and prices.
Drum set purchase
I recently bought a drum set from this store and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. At first, I had a few concerns about the set, but once I added some extra kits and took care of a hardware issue, everything got sorted out super quickly and efficiently. The tom-toms sound incredible, and even though I wasn't thrilled with how the cymbals reacted and sounded at first, they grew on me after a few weeks of playing. I made some adjustments to get the sound just right for me. The sound samples are seriously impressive and definitely worth the investment. While I thought about swapping out the cymbals for the real deal, in the end, I decided the set was perfect as it is. I'm looking forward to checking back in on my review down the road to see how the drum set is holding up.
Bought my recent guitar from here
I recently bought Fender Vintera '60s Telecaster Modified from here, and man, it was a great expereince. I loved this place for the transparency and efficiency they have for booking and the process itself. the customer support or the people they help you to know all stuff. booking online is easy. The delivery on request came early which was great. The guitar- is the best. I am also buying lot of acessories from here.
