Product configurator with mandatory upload feature
I was pretty bummed out about the lack of help I got when I tried to set up a product configurator with a required upload feature. The customer service team couldn't give me a good solution even though I asked for something specific. I told them I needed help with showing off a product configurator, but instead of helping me out, they just suggested using a different form. It was annoying to not get the support I needed for the feature I was looking to add.

I just bought some sustainable men's clothing from this company, and I have to say I'm really impressed. The quality of the fabrics they use is amazing, and the styles are both fashionable and classic. I really like how Alelly is making an effort to offer sustainable options without sacrificing style.

E-trike purchase
I just bought an E-trike for my wife and me from this company. I was pretty happy with it, but the front tire was almost flat when it arrived. We filled it up ourselves, but it went flat again the next day. We contacted customer service for help and they said they'd send a new inner tube. It took a few months for the replacement to come, so we ended up buying a new one in the meantime.

camo hunting backpack
I recently bought this awesome camo hunting backpack from a store, and I love it! It's really durable and has plenty of pockets to hold all my gear. I can fit everything I need for a hunting trip in there and still have space for snacks. The design is great and it's really comfortable to wear. On top of that, it arrived super quickly and the customer service was fantastic. I'm definitely planning on purchasing more gear from this store in the future!

Digital-only subscription
I'm so frustrated with The New Yorker's digital subscription! They sneakily auto-renewed me for $119.99 for 2023, and there's no way to get a refund. The content is seriously lacking, and even worse, the customer service is just awful. This whole situation is totally unacceptable.
