    SF Date Night Experience

    I just bought the SF Date Night Experience and I have to say, I was really impressed with how simple it was to pick the package I wanted. The website had all the details about each event in the package, which definitely helped me make my choice. Booking was a breeze and super easy to do, so that was great. The only problem I had was with the customer service.

    The experience was amazing, my friend really enjoyed it! I was a little disappointed when they didn't give me the discount that was advertised when I paid, but I reached out to them and they apologized. They assured me that they would refund me. Overall, the service was excellent!

    Birthday reservation assistance

    I got some really great customer service from someone who really went out of their way to help me with my brother's birthday reservation. I was freaking out because I thought I messed up the booking and I wanted it to be a surprise. I was running out of time and needed help ASAP. The rep not only helped me calm down with their kindness and understanding, but they also fixed the issue quickly and without any problems. I'm so thankful for their help and for answering all my questions so patiently. Thanks a lot for your amazing customer service!

    Virgin Experiences Gift Culinary Tour

    I purchased a culinary tour as a wedding gift via theknot.com. The couple tried to use it on their honeymoon and was told they could not use it and to reschedule. This couple does not have the means to travel again and would be unable to do that, so i contacted Virgin for a refund. After a month of back and forth and them saying they refunded it, the money has still not hit my bank, so I am now having to dispute the transaction. I just want the money back to give to the newlywed couple. I do not recommend using Virgin Experience Gifts and will never buy from them again.

    NEVER AGAIN! That was the worst experience of my life! I tried to book the podium package for October 5th. I was told it was available. Agreed to it, then never heard back. I emailed and emailed because I wasn’t getting my confirmation. I really wanted it. Then after 10 days got an automated email saying they were waiting to hear from me! So irritating. Basically the package was booked by the time someone else got back to me. I was so angry! If they had a customer service area where you can speak to a person it could have been resolved in 3 minutes!
    The only good thing is that when I said I wanted a refund they did right away, but it was within the 30 days, so I’m not sure how it would have gone if it was over the 30 day mark.

    iFly - 2 flights for 2 people

    I bought 3 experiences in November 2022. I tried to book through their platform and when I submitted my request the confirmation email said I needed to wait to receive a confirmation from iFly before my booking was confirmed. I never received confirmation and when I called iFly they never got a booing request in the first place. So I reached out to customer service and the experience has been TERRIBLE. It took me multiple emails to get someone to respond. All I wanted was for them to reschedule the booking since I couldn't do it through their platform. It has been TWO MONTHS of emailing with them and all they say is they can't refund me and they'll call iFly to reschedule. But they never do. They refuse to actually make the booking or refund me. It's ridiculous and I hope no one books with them again. Customer service is abhorrent.

    Learn to Fly a Helicopter

    It's a horrible experience I ever had. I bought the Virgin Experience Gifts voucher V23-JARAA31Q2 for Fly a Helicopter in Indiana. Then, as a company recommend, I started to schedule my flight. The first message I got, was "No Dates Available For Fly a Helicopter. All available dates have passed, and we do not yet have upcoming dates. Please visit our Help Center for additional support."
    The Bot is waiting for you in a Help Center. The worstest version of bot that cannot understand you questions and only promote the company.
    The company phones that you try to find in the depth of internet (866-522-6839, 844 272 0002) refer you to the same Bot support on the company site. Yes, you may write your question on the site, and I did. But now response at all.
    Also, as a surprise, the company charged me twice for this "unforgettable" experience.
    Stay away from this company as far as it possible.
