Compensation for delayed flight
AirHelp was awesome in helping me get compensation for a flight delay in Johannesburg last September. All I had to do was upload my boarding pass and other docs on their site, then they handled everything else. I was amazed at how quick the payment came through - it was in my bank account the same day I gave them my info. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast everything got resolved, especially since the airline said they'd pay out the day after I filed my claim. Thanks, AirHelp, for being so efficient and easy to work with!
