    Misrepresented merchandise

    When I bought stuff from this company, man, I couldn't believe how different they looked from the pictures online. The colors were way off and the sizing was all messed up. And when I tried to return the wrong item they sent, it was a nightmare. The customer service was just awful, asking the same questions over and over like they were trying to drive me crazy. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!

    Toner cartridge replacement

    I just bought a replacement toner cartridge and got a little confused when I saw how big it was. I thought it was the wrong one and wouldn't fit, but I called for help and they walked me through how to swap it out. The person on the phone was really patient and nice, and I'm happy with how it all turned out.

    OG Elsetree Frame

    I just got the OG Elsetree Frame from this site and honestly, it was a pretty good experience. The site was easy to use, checkout was a breeze with lots of payment options, and the price for the frame was totally fair considering the quality. The only thing I'd say is it would have been nice to have more specifics on the dimensions, like bridge width and temple length. It would have helped me decide better.

    Quick purchase of monitoring software

    I just bought some software to keep an eye on what my kid's up to online, and honestly, I'm kinda disappointed with it. The updates on the dashboard don't show up in real-time, which is a big bummer for me. I've tried switching up my internet connections, but the delays in updates are still there. Turns out, the slow updates are because of how often iCloud backs up stuff, but I was hoping for better performance. It's so annoying not being able to see the most recent data as it's happening.

    Complicated file sharing

    The file sharing service interface is just awful, always causing delays when you're trying to share files. By default, it only lets people from my company access the files, and there's no way to change that. Sharing files with external folks is a real pain. And don't even get me started on the so-called 'feedback' link - it just takes you to a complicated webpage with no way to actually give feedback unless you log in. It's like they don't even care about improving! It's crazy that we're still struggling with something as basic as a file sharing system online. Remember FTP? It was so much easier! This service really needs to improve its user experience and functionality.
