Allegedly Air Fare
This website is a total scam. Any positive reviews must have been written by the company itself. I booked a trip from Hawaii to Vietnam four months in advance. Two days before I was supposed to leave, I noticed with no help from SmartFares that one of my connecting flights had changed and the connection could not be made. I called them and was told that I would now have to pay a change fee. What could I say so I did. I called practically every minute for the next two days waiting for confirmation and got excuse after excuse. SmartFares never provided a new flight. I asked for a full refund and was told that everything would be refunded except the change fee and the tax. The tax, the government charge for goods or services rendered, when there was no ticket? The change fee when there was no changed flight? And then I was told I would have to wait two months to get my refund. It has been three and today after me constantly asking, I was told that the airline is denying me a refund. The airline that never provided a ticket? Scammed out of $1,300! Do not be fooled.

Faulty trash cans
I'm super bummed about these trash cans I bought. They crapped out on me real quick and dealing with the warranty was a total nightmare. The warranty team made it a pain in the butt to get anything fixed, like they were avoiding helping me on purpose. Overall, just really frustrating.

I was in this task thing for Rue La La, where they said I'd get paid for doing product reviews. At first, it was easy and I made some money. But then things got harder and they never came through with the cash they promised. They ended up blocking my account and I got nothing. It really makes me think twice about trying out other programs like this in the future. Just a heads up for anyone else considering it.

Online order
Placed an order, charged immediately. Shipping notification sent. Then it was canceled. My bank issued refund. Countless emails later, my bank tells me it's resolved and the recharge my card to pay these scammers. I'm livid. No product. No communication. And my bank seems to think it's legit. I'm beyond pissed. Stay away from this so called company.

I live out of town so most of what I buy is ordered online. this the only outfit that have a major problem delivering to my area. the shipping contractor lies when they are asked "Where is my order?" they say they attempted to deliver but no-one was home...total BS. twice now I have been sitting on my front porch at the time they say "no-one home". I don't make a habit of complaining on line but these people take the biscuit... Big time, so if you don't mind waiting 2-3 weeks for your order, and are okay with being lied to I would recommend caskers and their delivery people.
