Total lack of post-purchase support
Man, I'm so let down by this company's post-purchase support - or lack thereof. Feels like they couldn't care less about us customers. It's just so aggravating to fork over your money for something and then get absolutely no help when something goes wrong. The way they treat their customers is honestly rude and totally not okay.

Christmas order disappointment
I recently ordered something from this company hoping to have it by Christmas, but it hasn't even been sent out yet. I emailed customer service and they said it's delayed because they have a lot of orders, and it should ship in 2-3 days, but they can't guarantee delivery times. I was disappointed to hear that. When I asked to cancel my order, they pushed back and told me to check their policy. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying from them. I've opened a dispute with my bank because I don't think this company is being honest.
