User-friendly rental management app
The app is really easy to figure out and use, with helpful tutorials and quick chat messaging. One thing that could be better is giving us more leeway to email residents through the app and involving non-residents like parents or co-signers. It would also be nice to have a simpler process for making lump sum payments and spreading them out automatically, as well as an easier way to direct people to apply for an available unit without needing a special invite.

Eye supplement purchase
I noticed a real change in my eyes after using this eye supplement for just one night. But things went downhill for me by day 3 when I had an allergic reaction. The fact that the supplement has a bunch of different ingredients made it hard for me to figure out exactly what caused my reaction. It was a bummer to have to stop using the product, especially since I saw some good results at first.

I just bought this really cool LP from a website that had it when no one else did. They shipped it super quick and the packaging kept it safe and sound. The website was easy to use, but I wish they had a way to pay in Euros or Czech currency.

Ordered wrong size shoes
I bought some shoes recently, but got sent the wrong size. I've been back and forth with the company for the past 10 days on this. I asked for a free return label or QR code to send the wrong pair back, since it was their mistake. Even though they have been nice in their responses, there's still no fix. The customer service just hasn't been up to par, and I'm getting pretty annoyed with the lack of action. I'd suggest to others to steer clear if they can.

Slow shipping and multiple charges
I just bought something from this company and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The shipping took forever and on top of that, I noticed they charged my card multiple times for the same order. It was a real pain to sort out. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all. Honestly, I'd recommend looking somewhere else if you want a smoother shopping experience.
