Vacation order placed in Oct 2023
Unfortunately, my experience with the company wasn't great. I placed an order in October 2023 for a vacation I had planned in December of that year, but ran into some issues with the delivery and customer service. One of the items I ordered was on back order, but I only found out when I reached out to them myself. I tried calling multiple times to get info on the back-ordered item, but didn't get any answers or the item itself. The manager, Anne, was not very helpful or nice when I dealt with her. It took until May 2024 to finally get my refund after months of waiting and frustrating communication with the company. Overall, I was really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced.

I just bought two big sets of books and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went. The prices were good, the shipping was quick, and the books arrived in great condition. I'm a satisfied customer and I'll definitely be coming back to buy more in the future.

Variety of high-quality shoes
I was really looking forward to trying out all the different styles and colors that this brand offers. When I finally got my hands on some pairs, I was impressed by the beautiful collection and the high quality of the shoes. But unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. None of the four pairs I ordered fit me well at all. Even though the craftsmanship was great, the sizing was way off. The heels were short in the toe box and too wide, leaving my toes feeling squished against the fronts. The flats, which usually cover my bunion nicely, still had my toes touching the tops. And don't even get me started on the loafers - they were super comfy but two sizes too big, even after I tried exchanging them for a smaller size. It's frustrating that none of these styles worked out for my bunion feet. So, my quest for comfy shoes that actually fit me continues.

Freelancer service experience
My experience with that freelancer from this company was pretty disappointing. They seemed to be more into their own stuff instead of the tasks I gave them. Even when I showed proof of what they did wrong, Taskbullet didn't really handle the situation well. It was just really frustrating to see how they didn't act with integrity or professionalism in these kind of situations.

I picked up this awesome mystery novel from SecondSale and it was amazing. The cover was a bit wrinkled, but the story was so captivating that I didn't mind at all. It was like a thrilling rollercoaster of surprises that had me hooked the entire time. I just couldn't stop reading until I reached the end!

Eczema cream
This eczema cream is amazing! It really helped clear up my dry, itchy skin. I've tried a bunch of other products before, but none of them worked as well as this one. And I really like that it's made with natural ingredients. It also smells really good! The customer service was really friendly and helpful when I had questions about the product. The delivery was quick too, so I didn't have to wait long to start seeing results. I'll for sure be getting more of this cream in the future!

$282 order not delivered
I recently bought something for $282 that never showed up. The tracking info says it never even got to the delivery company, but the company keeps telling me to wait with no updates for over 15 business days. I finally asked for a refund when it became clear the package wasn't coming, but I haven't heard back from them at all. This whole thing has been really annoying and frustrating, especially because they have my money and I have nothing to show for it.

Wine fridge never arrived
I ordered a wine fridge, but it never showed up. They told me it got sent back to the warehouse for having the wrong address, but I'm positive I gave them the right one! Their customer service is awful, too. They completely ignored my calls and emails.

Niacinamide lotion
Man, this lotion is supposed to be great for your body and skin, but it actually dries it out big time! I heard some companies make products that dry you out on purpose so you have to buy more, and I'm pretty sure this lotion is one of them. Even the body wash from the same brand leaves my skin feeling super dry. I had to go back to using my trusty cocoa butter formula to get my skin back to normal after going through two bottles of this stuff.

I ordered something online and they totally sent me the wrong thing! Then, when I tried to reach out to customer service, they were so bad and basically left me hanging. They promised to send me the right thing, but then they just went all quiet on me. Ugh, not cool.

This company said they wouldn't charge me a delivery fee for 0GJ of energy consumption, but then they went ahead and sent my balance to a collection agency! Isn't that insane? I thought I was all good with no delivery fee, and now I'm stuck dealing with this collection mess. It's just not right, you know?
