My recent purchase
I was really happy with my recent purchase. The customer service I got was amazing - they answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. The staff was really attentive and made sure I was happy with everything. I want to give a big shoutout to the sales rep who helped me out, their professionalism and great service really stood out. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience with this company and I'll definitely be coming back again.

Air fryer purchase
The air fryer I got from this company was top-notch and exactly what was described on the website. The customer service was really helpful in helping me pick the right model for me. But man, the delivery process was a total letdown. The courier gave me the wrong delivery time and then expected me to go pick it up myself at their spot, which was a huge hassle because I don't have a car. I had to bite the bullet and hire a taxi to go get the delivery, which cost me extra money I wasn't planning on. It's a shame that the delivery experience was so bad because the product itself was awesome.

Spacious Bag with Beautiful Artwork
The bag I bought ended up being a lot bigger than I thought, but I really love it! The design and quality are top-notch, which makes me super happy with what I got. They delivered it quickly and the packaging was solid. Plus, they included a protective cover bag which was a nice extra touch.

Speech improvement
I really wanted to improve my English speaking skills, so I decided to give Better Speech a try. The whole process of signing up was really neat – I got to chat with a bunch of different folks before being matched up with my amazing Therapist, Christina. She was so supportive and really encouraged me to just be myself during our sessions. I not only learned a ton, but I had a blast doing it! And now, my clients have noticed such a big improvement in my speech – I couldn't be happier!

Comet charger
I really love these chargers! They're super handy and look great, plus they really get the job done. I use an Android for myself and an iPhone for work, so the comet charger is a real game-changer for me. Just recently, I left my iPhone charger at home when I was on a work trip, but the comet charger came to the rescue and saved me from a dead phone. I've even gotten some as gifts for my family, and they're big fans as well. I can't recommend these chargers enough!

Multiple formal dresses
I've been shopping on this website for the last 3 years, getting about 10 dresses for different formal events, and I've never been let down. The dresses always come quickly, in just a few days, and are ready to wear with hardly any wrinkles. They have a great variety of dresses, suiting all kinds of styles and sizes. I strongly suggest this website to anyone looking for a gorgeous dress for a special event.

Appliances
If there was a negative rating I would give it to AJ Madison. We ordered a washer, dryer, and refrigerator for our new home. The truck "broke down" during the delivery. They did not respond to any inquiry as to a rescheduling date. 2 weeks later they delivered the refrigerator and washer. They did not include the water hose and it was not assembled. The dryer was delivered on a different date with a huge dent in the side. We refused the delivery and finally got a new one 2 weeks later. We paid for a full installation of all of the appliances, but when the dryer was delivered they said that they didn't do installations. We were again left without a washer and dryer. Despite repeated calls to customer service, the appliances were not installed. I figured out how to do this myself, and finished it today. In all of my years on the planet, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. If you are thinking of buying from AJ Madison, I would strongly suggest you find another appliance company!
