    Mattress purchase

    I just got a new mattress and I'm kind of on the fence about it. I love how firm it is for my achy back, but the organic cotton cover makes it feel a little too warm when I'm sleeping. Plus, the edge of the bed isn't as sturdy as I thought it would be, which was a bummer. It's comfy overall, but not exactly what I was dreaming of.

    Waist trainer purchase

    I just bought a waist trainer from this company and honestly, it was the worst quality I've ever tried. As soon as I put it on, I had a bad allergic reaction. The material was not only uncomfortable but the customer service for returns was really bad. Their policy says if you cut the tags or use it, you can't return it. Plus, they want photos of the item you're sending back which just makes getting a refund a hassle.

    I recently bought some vitamins from this company and was really disappointed with how things went down. I made it clear that I needed the vitamins to be delivered in two business days because the shipping address was only temporary. But guess what? The package arrived a day late, so I couldn't get it, and neither could anyone else at the address. When I tried to get a refund from the company, they told me the package was delivered on time, which just isn't true. Now I'm stuck paying for something I never got, including the extra cost for fast delivery that didn't happen. The customer service was a letdown and definitely not what I expected from a company of this reputation.

    Address issue with order

    I just placed an order with this company and ran into a big issue with the delivery address. I spent almost $100 on my purchase, only to realize that it was going to my old address. I tried to fix it right away through their chat support and sent an email to customer service, but they ignored my request and still sent it to the wrong place. When I talked to FedEx, they told me the shipping method the company used didn't allow address changes, so I was out of luck. Even though I reached out to the company before they shipped my order, they didn't get back to me until three days later, saying they could've helped if I had contacted them sooner. This lack of support and communication is just not cool for a company that deals with customer orders.
