Living room redesign
I used this service recently to help redesign my living room, and let me tell you, it was like a breath of fresh air. My living room has been a headache for me for years because of its shape and obstacles like doorways, windows, and a piano that had to stay put. I was at my wit's end until I came across this service. The layouts they came up with were totally worth it, and the designs they made were the icing on the cake. Jennifer, the designer, totally nailed my style. I'm excited to start shopping for the items she recommended and finally relax in my living room.
Room design recreation
I am so excited about this whole project! My designer did an amazing job with our front room. She really took the time to understand my style and preferences, and then she created two awesome design options for me to pick from. We're still making some adjustments and deciding on the furniture pieces to buy, but it's been a really fun process to watch everything come together before making any final decisions.
Design appointment disappointment
My experience with Modsy has been really disappointing. I had set up a design appointment with a designer, but then on the day of the appointment, I got a super vague email saying they needed to reschedule. When I contacted customer service, they were just as vague, talking about the company going through changes. So far, I haven't gotten any real help with my design.

This online design service is the best, no competition. I've tried other popular services before, and let me tell you, Modsy beats them all. The technology they use and the skills of their designers are unmatched. If you want top-quality design, don't even think about going anywhere else.
My design project
Modsy was a total disaster to work with. They really messed up my design project and I was left with more confusion than solutions. Their customer service was nowhere to be found, and their lack of communication drove me crazy. It was so hard to get any responses from them, and when I asked for help, I got pretty much nothing. The whole thing just made me feel upset and let down.
Design consultation exceeded expectations
I had a design consultation with Modsy and man, it was amazing. Alexa actually heard me out about what I wanted for my living room and totally nailed it with her design. The furniture and decor she chose were spot on with the look I was going for. Now, I'm buying everything she recommended and everything is really shaping up nicely. If only I had known about Modsy earlier, it would have saved me a bunch of time and stress.
Design vision brought to life
Our designer Shemiah really nailed it and brought my vision to life, even going above and beyond what I had hoped for. This was my first time using Modsy, and I was amazed by how well she understood my style and what I like. My husband was also blown away by the final design. The technology they use is seriously mind-blowing, especially the 360-degree feature that captured our room perfectly. I'm so excited to buy all the products they recommended to complete the look.
