I placed an order on Aug of 2022 and I have not received my order. I reached out to Factory Supply Outlet and received multiple emails from Jermaine Alquiza. He sent the same email as previous consumers which shows that there is a delay in receiving the shipment. You need to reimburse customers if you are unable to receive or fulfill orders. I think this company is a scam. Stop taking orders from consumers if you cannot fulfill them. Thats bad business.

This company is a scam, ordered months ago and still haven't received the order. They ignore any request to refund money and instead just send "sorry manufacturing delay". I have started the process with American Express to cancel this transaction. Will also report them to the California AG. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...Total Scam.
WELDING TARPS
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, They said they had the product in stock. I ordered, then was told, oops backordered for 2 months, I was unable to contact them by phone to cancel order, emailed them, was told they would cancel order and refund, they did not cancel, they shipped the order late. When I contact them, they give me the run around to return the items, since we were able to get them somewhere else, need to return. Very bad customer service,
Tried to purchase TIG welding Coolant from Cantesco
Factory Supply Outlet is a scam. They will take your money and constantly push out your delivery date. Then if you try to cancel they will say that your item was a special order. Even though it isn't supposed to ship until mid-July now (from an original order date of 20April22 they have extended my ship date every month for 3 months). When I ordered there was nowhere indicating the item was not in stock or a special order.

I bought a tool from Factory Supply Outlet and never received it. After a month-long wait, I emailed them for a status and they replied that the item was backordered and asked me to wait another couple of weeks. The item was never labeled as out of stock in their website, but I said “ok, I’ll wait for a couple more weeks”. Then two weeks went by and my order was still unfulfilled. I emailed them again and they said the same thing. At this point, I just asked for a refund, and that’s when they stopped replying to my emails, phone calls, and voicemails. No contact at all from them. After two months, I got my money back through my bank by requesting a chargeback.
Factory Outlet Supply is shady business and has no customer service, please heed my warning and avoid a bad experience. There are plenty of companies that sell the same equipment anyway.Moldex 1500 masks
My order never arrived. Placed my order in Nov 2021Sent several follow up emails but to date have not received any response on when I could expect delivery.

It took 65 days to receive the product, but I did eventually receive exactly what I ordered. Yes, my credit card was charged immediately upon placing the online order. Yes, I had to wait on hold for a long time when I called to inquire about the order. Yes, the online order status was never updated to reflect any progress. But every time I called eventually someone pleasantly answered the phone and gave me an honest and accurate status of my order. And a little over two months after placing the order I received exactly what I ordered. Bottomline: If you want great pricing and are not in a hurry, I would recommend purchasing from Factory Supply Outlet.

The level of service here is a joke to say the least. I ordered 3 seals on 9/23 (order number Web ID# 31197. I called on 10/4 as I do not have the seals yet. Spent 20 minutes on hold then your rep contacted CR and said there was some address mix up and stated that the seals are on their way to me. 10/11 I still do not have my seals. I called before 3 PM was on hold for over 20 minutes then got disconnected as you closed without taking my call. Please have the seals delivered to me no later than Friday 10/15 or refund my money. I am sorry to say this is one of the worst companies that I dealt with for a long time,

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would recommend that everyone stay clear and purchase from someone else, even if it costs more. You may never actually get it and then fight them for weeks to get a refund.

ordered 3X 5gal Mobil DTE 25. I received one 5 gal Mobile DTE Oil Heavy Medium. This is not a hydraulic oil.
Not sure where the other 2 pails are? They have not responded to e-mail.

I ordered welding cables on 01/03/2021 supposed to be delivered on the 01/08 but never showed. Have it a few more days and nothing, contacted cs thru livechat and they said my order was damaged in transit, they said I either had to let them file a damage claim and wait for later from ups or I could reorder them and let them charge my card again if I wanted immediately. I ordered these cause I need them for work. I've spent a lot of money building my own welding rig recently and can't afford to reorder them or even buy from someone else ,now I am missing out on work. It is now 02/20 and still no cables. This has been my worst experience ever buying anything online and has probably ruined me from ever doing it again.
Update, so I get an email on Friday the 26th of February saying my order had finally shipped only to receive another email on Monday saying their new inventory system sent out emails falsely saying orders shipped and to disregard the email. Now going on 2 months and still haven't received anything.

Ordered this product on 12/8/20 and my card was charged pn 12/9. Still "awaiting fulfillment" 1/14/21 so I opened a support ticket.
Since customer support had no idea when the product would become available, I requested to cancel and refund the order on 1/25/21.
On 1/26 support wrote that they would forward my request to accounting and I would have a refund in 1-2 business days. After no refund in 7 business days I wrote again. This time support
ignored my inquiry. I gave them 2 days to reply, then gave up and opened a dispute with my credit card company. My credit card company is refunding the purchase. I would NOT order from this company. If the product you are ordering is no longer available, you will not get a refund.This is a follow up. After opening a dispute with my credit card company and receiving a refund from them, Factory Outlet did give me a refund.

This company is a scam!!!! DO not buy from factory supply outlet!!! They advertise items as in stock but never ship them. When you contact them (email is the only option) they rarely respond but sometimes you get the generic response back claiming items are out of stock or backordered. I waited over 2 months for my item, cannot call them. I have requested cancellation and a refund 4 times. No resolution yet. they are scam artists who sell things online and never ship them. Your only option in the end is fight things through your credit card company.
