Loan payment system
I had a really annoying experience with the payment system for my loan. When I tried to make my monthly payment, I realized that I couldn't make any extra payments online to pay off the principal faster. This made it hard for me to reduce the amount of interest I would end up paying. If I wanted to make any additional payments or pay more on my loan, I had to send in separate payments by mail. It felt like the company was just trying to make more money off of their customers by making it inconvenient for us.
