Last-minute holiday gift
I recently bought a last-minute holiday gift for a kid from this company. Unfortunately, they ended up selling me a pair of shoes that were not actually in stock. They said the shoes would get to me by Christmas, but after a week of getting the runaround, it was clear that wasn't happening. I had to go through a long process to try to get my money back so I could buy a different present, but was told it would take at least four days to get my refund. Even after sending multiple emails looking for a solution, I'm now stuck without a Christmas gift, and I'm really let down by the service I got from this company.

Human hair lace front wig
I recently bought a lace front wig made of human hair from this company, and I'm super impressed with how great the quality is. The wig looks really natural and is comfortable to wear. The lace front is really well done and matches my skin perfectly, giving me the natural look I've always wanted. The customer service was awesome too - the staff was really knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. Plus, the price was fair for the high-quality product that I got. The delivery was fast and the packaging was really secure, so the wig arrived in perfect shape. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at this company.

Ink cartridge purchase
My experience with those ink cartridges I bought from that company was such a letdown. Turned out they were all messed up and didn't even work with my printer. Had to hit up customer service to figure out what was going on, and it felt like forever before they finally got back to me - almost four hours, can you believe it? Then I had to wait around for more than three weeks for them to send me some new cartridges. Total headache.

ProLon kit
The ProLon kit really changed the game for me. The soups had such a great variety of flavors, but I wasn't as big a fan of the L-Bars. It'd be awesome if there were more flavor options for those. But besides that, I'm totally in love with everything else in the kit, it's just awesome overall. This is actually my second time using it and I plan on keepin' it up in the future. Thanks a bunch!

Awesome Halloween stuff!
I went to this really awesome Halloween store and the staff there were so helpful! They helped me find everything I was looking for and the store had such a cool vibe. I've already told all my friends to check it out because the employees, especially Sarah the Assistant Manager and Alex the Store Manager, were top-notch! I've been to other Halloween stores before, but this one takes the cake!! Keep up the great work, everyone!!

Rome Pass
Don't waste your money on the Rome Pass, trust me. There are way better options that won't take advantage of you. The Omnia and Roma Passes are a total rip-off - don't be fooled by their tricky ads. It's just not right and it's super frustrating. We even thought about reporting them, that's how bad it is.

Platinum Subscription
I've been signed up for the platinum service for a few months and I've gotta say, it's really been above and beyond what I expected. The shipping is super quick, and I really like that I can switch out scents. The variety of fragrances they offer is killer, especially when you stack them up against other brands.
