Ignored Customer Service Request
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this auto parts store. My package got messed up during delivery, so I tried to get in touch with them to either get another one or a refund. But even after I tried several times, I didn't hear back from them for a whole week. It's super frustrating and makes me think they don't really care about keeping their customers happy.
