Misleading sizing on clothing
This company seriously needs to rethink their shipping and return policies. I've wasted a ton of money on shipping and return costs because their clothes are all over the place in sizing. It's impossible to tell if something will fit until you try it on. But if you need to swap sizes, they hit you with more shipping and return charges. I've forked over way too much cash on these fees in no time, and I've been stuck with stuff that's too big because I'm over dropping money on shipping. It's just frustrating and disappointing.
Dust ruffle purchase
I bought a dust ruffle from you all thinking it would be top-notch quality and service. But when it arrived, I was bummed to see it was damaged. Tried to return it but found out it was final sale, which wasn't clear when I bought it. When I reached out to customer service for help, I had a hard time communicating due to a language barrier. The supervisor I talked to said nothing could be done because of the final sale policy, which left me feeling irritated and not happy with the whole thing. I'd warn others to think twice about shopping here to avoid the same problems and headaches.

I just ordered some clothes from that store, and man, I was really let down. The sizes were totally off, and returning stuff was a pain. Plus, the quality didn't match the prices at all. I won't be coming back after that lousy shopping experience.
Defective sweater
I got this sweater from that company and man, it was messed up when it got to me. I hit up their customer service to return it, but nope, they wouldn't take it back. Plus, when I tried to drop a review on their site saying how bad it was, they didn't even post it. They only want good vibes - hiding the negatives. I also tried to get off their email list, talking to customer service and using their site, but no luck. The unsubscribe button on the website is broken, so I keep getting their emails. Dealing with this company was just a straight-up headache.
Clothing items
I had a really bad time with the customer service at that store. The people I talked to were all overseas and had a hard time understanding what I was saying. Their English wasn't great and they just couldn't grasp the simple questions I was asking. It was so frustrating and felt really unprofessional. Honestly, I'm super unhappy with how everything went down.
