Zen Pillow
I bought a pillow from this company a couple of years ago. I liked it so I decided to purchase another a few weeks ago. I have moved since my first purchase and put my new address in shipping address field of the online order form. After I completed my purchase by clicking submit, the receipt came back with my old address as the delivery address! Apparently it must've autopopulated from their system. I have found out the hard way that their customer service is nonexistent! The only way you can contact them is via e-mail. When you call the phone number, you get a message that tells you to e-mail them. I have sent them numerous e-mails with NO response. DO NOT use this company!

Low-quality glasses
I was really let down by the glasses I bought from this company. Turns out, I found the exact same glasses but way cheaper under a different brand on another site. That made me feel like I was kind of tricked and annoyed. When I wanted to send the glasses back, they told me I had to pay for the pricey shipping, which just made me even more unhappy. So, I would recommend being careful if you're thinking about buying from them. There are better deals out there.

I used to really like this place and never had any issues, but man, the last time I ordered something it was a total disaster! The shipping was crazy slow and expensive, I felt like I was waiting forever for my package. And when it finally arrived, the clothes looked nothing like they did in the pictures! The fabric was super cheap and the fit was way off. I was super bummed out! The customer service folks did try to help, but by then it was too little, too late. I don't think I'll be coming back to shop here again. So disappointing! ?

After my washing fiasco wrecked my shoes, I reached out to customer service and sent over some pics. They wasted no time and sent me a new pair right away. It was all super easy and stress-free, and I was blown away by how quickly they fixed everything. Now I can rock my fresh kicks with confidence and not be mistaken for your average American dad.

Probiotics purchase
I've been dealing with some gut issues, so I was curious to give these probiotics a shot. They really did help with getting my digestion on track, which was a plus. But, I was bummed out when I realized they were making me super sleepy. It caught me off guard and made me switch to a new brand of probiotics that worked better for me. So, even though they were good for my gut, I was disappointed by how sleepy they made me feel.

Painting kit purchase
Man, I really messed up. I didn't bother checking out the reviews before I decided to order this painting kit back in April. It's been forever and I still haven't gotten it. And on top of that, the company is ignoring my messages and won't even refund the rest of my money. Looks like I'm out of luck with that $20. I'm definitely going to let my friends know to steer clear of this company in the future.
