I just bought some decorative throw pillows from this company, and I have to say I'm really let down by the quality. The fabric feels cheap, the colors aren't as bright as they looked online, and the workmanship just doesn't cut it. I was hoping for a touch of luxury and something unique like they promised, but what I got felt like ordinary, basic stuff. Plus, I wasn't impressed with the customer service either. The person I talked to didn't seem to care and didn't offer any help or apologies for the low-quality products I got.
