Back to school dorm bundle
I easily ordered a full bundle of bedding, towels, and pretty much everything my son would need to start his freshman year. Almost 2 months later, it hadn’t shipped. I realize Covid has disrupted the supply chain, but not notifying their customers about the delay is completely inexcusable. We had to rebuy everything for my son the day before school started. I am still trying to contact them regarding a refund.
I could have written this because I am experiencing the exact same situation!

Do NOT buy from this company. I'm not sure they're even legit. I canceled an order with them on 8/3 because the items were backordered. After a couple ignored emails, I was able to get a service rep on the phone who told me a refund was issued on 8/6 but that it takes 28 days to go through. I'm now at day 46 with no refund.
I went to my bank and disputed the purchase. Take any email correspondence that you have with you when you go.
