Poor quality clothing and difficult return process
The clothes I got were really cheaply made, like falling apart after only a few times wearing them. It took forever for them to even show up, and on top of that, none of them fit right. Then when I tried to send them back, they told me I had to pay for shipping all the way back to China, no promises of getting my money back. That's just not right and doesn't seem like they care at all about keeping customers happy.

T-shirts purchase
The customer service was absolutely terrible. I mean, they didn't even bother letting me know about any delays - I had to be the one to reach out to them. And get this, as soon as I pushed for a refund, out of nowhere they decided to ship my order. But let me tell you, when the t-shirts finally arrived, they were super low quality. The print was all messed up, and after barely washing them once, they totally warped. Talk about not worth all the trouble, right?

Non-stick pan
I originally bought this non-stick pan because I was drawn to its sleek design, but I'm pretty disappointed because the coating disappeared after only a year of using it. Now, everything I try to cook with it ends up sticking, which makes cleaning up a major pain. No matter how hard I scrub, there's always a stubborn residue stuck to the bottom of the pan that just won't come off. It's frustrating to see how poorly this pan holds up compared to my mom's old stock pot, which has been working perfectly for over ten years.

Online order purchase
The website was really easy to navigate and I had no problems at all when I placed my order. The sizing guides they had were super useful, especially because the sizes of things can sometimes be all over the place. The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was the shipping costs - they seemed kinda steep to me. It'd be awesome if they could lower the shipping fees or have a minimum order requirement for free shipping.
