Earrings purchase
I had a really disappointing experience with the earrings I bought. One of them was already broken right after I got them, with the back completely off from the huggie style design. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement quickly, but then that one broke too after I wore it a few times.
It's frustrating to spend money on items that fall apart so easily, making me nervous about them breaking or falling out unexpectedly. The earrings really need to be better quality to last longer and keep customers happy.
