Pressure washer and accessories purchase
I went to a hardware store the other day to pick up a pressure washer and some stuff to go with it. The website said they had the pressure washer in stock, so I was all ready to go and buy it. But when I got there, it was a real bummer because no one seemed to want to help me out. I had to practically beg for someone to show me where the pressure washer was kept. The shelves were basically empty, and I couldn't find the one I wanted even though it said they had it online. One of the other workers went to check in the back, but they came back with nothing and didn't offer any other suggestions or help. I try to support local businesses instead of big online stores, but this experience was really disappointing. They missed out on not only selling me the pressure washer but also all the other stuff I was planning to buy.

They answered all my questions and made sure I felt good about my choices. Their patience and empathy meant a lot to me. I would definitely tell others to go with this company if they need help.

Good sit and effective sweat removal
I really like how the product fits and looks, but there are some issues with how it works that need to be fixed. The straps are too short and hurt my ears, which makes it hard to adjust properly. Also, the place where you're supposed to keep your sunglasses isn't secure enough, so they keep falling off even with the sticky attachments. Overall, I like how it looks on me, but it's not as good as my old helmet when it comes to how well it works.
