Theme purchase
I bought a theme online to make my website look better, but it ended up causing my site to crash. I contacted the theme's support team for help, but after they asked for my info, they disappeared. It's been three days with no solution, and I'm really annoyed and out of money. Online platforms need to improve their support system to help customers faster when they have tech issues. I'm hoping to get my money back soon and move on from this mess.
