Flooring sealant application
I just got my flooring sealant done by this company, and I'm honestly pretty disappointed with how it turned out. They did such a messy job that now I have to have it all taken off and redone by someone else. The work they did was really bad and definitely didn't meet my expectations.
Dress from a warehouse sale
I was really bummed out when I got this dress from a warehouse sale because it was completely off. The label said one thing, but the actual size was way smaller than what was on the tag. It was pretty obvious that they were trying to trick people with the advertising, even though it was discounted. I tried to ask for a different size or my money back because of the mistake, but they said no. Totally frustrating.
Wedding dress for son's wedding
So I found this really cute dress for my son's wedding in Greece. It was a bit too big, but that's okay because I can just get it altered. I tried to ask about the return policy since I wasn't sure if I had enough time to send it back, but Customer Service just kept giving me those automated responses. I couldn't even talk to a real person! I wish I could've swapped it for a smaller size, but with all those negative reviews about refunds, I didn't want to take any chances. I'll probably just look for a tailor to fix it instead of shopping here again. It's a shame because the clothes are so pretty, but the hassle just isn't worth it.
