Vessi: A decent option for waterproof footwear
I've been using Vessi footwear for a few months now and overall, my experience has been pretty positive. For starters, their shoes are made from a waterproof material that actually works. I've worn them in the rain and my feet have stayed completely dry.
The design of the shoes is also pretty sleek and minimalistic, which I appreciate. They're not overly flashy or attention-grabbing, but they still look nice. I've worn them to work and out on the weekends and they've fit in well in both settings.
One downside I've found is that they do run a bit small. I typically wear a size 9, but I had to size up to a 9.5 to get a comfortable fit. So, it's worth keeping that in mind when ordering.
Another thing to note is that the shoes aren't exactly cheap. They're definitely on the pricier side of things, but I do think they're worth it for the waterproofing and overall quality.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase and would recommend Vessi footwear to anyone in need of a reliable waterproof shoe. Just be prepared to spend a bit more and possibly size up.Shoe exchange
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jan from customer service, and let me tell you, they were absolutely fantastic. Jan made the whole process of exchanging my shoes, which were too big, super smooth and simple. Their clear and concise instructions were a breath of fresh air compared to the frustrating experiences I've had with customer service in the past. Not only were they professional, but Jan was also incredibly nice and calm in all of our interactions. It's not often you come across customer service reps who genuinely care about helping customers, but Jan really went above and beyond my expectations. The response time was quick and the delivery was speedy, making the whole experience even better. Huge shoutout to the entire customer service team for their outstanding service!
Originals, City Sneakers, Waterproof
I gotta say, I finally found a brand that really knows how to keep their word! These original shoes I bought are seriously comfy and cute, plus they're actually waterproof. And let me tell you, living in a rainy place like Vancouver, these shoes are a game-changer. Shoutout to the customer service team, especially Doreen, for hooking me up during the chaotic holidays when my shoes got sent back. I'm pumped to check out the new High Top style - it's awesome to see a company that actually pays attention to what their customers want and follows through.
Water-resistant shoes
These shoes are incredible for keeping water out! I've worn them fishing in freezing Alaskan waters, strolling on sandy California beaches, and even splitting wood in the snow. The great thing is, if they get dirty, just rinse them off and they're good as new. And don't get me started on the gloves - I used them on a duck hunt by an Oklahoma river recently. Setting up decoys in the cold is no joke, but with these gloves, it was a piece of cake. I definitely suggest both products for anyone in need of waterproof gear!
Comfortable shoes
The shoes are amazing, but at first they were a little uncomfortable. Not a huge deal though. After I left a glowing 5-star review, the customer service team got in touch and fixed things up right away. They were really helpful, fast, and just great to work with. Sure, the shoes might be a little expensive, but they're totally worth it.
Waterproof shoes, lacking in support
I love taking walks on rainy days in Southern Ontario, so I was really excited when I found these waterproof shoes that kept my feet dry. However, I was bummed to see that they didn't have the support I require for everyday wear. In my line of work in healthcare, I need shoes that give me proper support and cushioning, and unfortunately, these shoes just didn't cut it. But even so, I still like wearing them for my walks and hikes.
Fantastic customer service
When it comes to customer service, I gotta give a huge shoutout to the team who helped me out with my recent purchase. I wanna especially mention Michael, who really went above and beyond to assist me with all the issues that came up during my order. He was patient, super friendly, and really helpful, making sure he answered all my questions and fixed any problems right away. Gotta admit, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Huge props to the team for their hard work and professionalism!
Women's Cityscape Classic purchase
I just bought these Women's Cityscape Classic shoes for stuff like walking my dogs, getting around campus, and dealing with bad weather. They do keep my feet dry and look good, but I've noticed they don't give enough support for long walks or tougher activities. The regular laces were pretty uncomfortable and dug into my foot, so I switched them for stretchy ones and it helped a lot. In general, I'm happy with these shoes for everyday wear or quick walks, but they're not the best for all-day use.
waterproof shoes with great grip
These shoes are amazing! The waterproof feature really holds up - I tried them out while clearing snow and my feet stayed completely dry. I wear them all day at the hospital and they're so comfortable. The only downside is that the top part of the shoe can rub against my foot a little because of the design. But the grip on these shoes is unbelievable! Seriously, why don't they promote this more? They have better traction in wet conditions than dry, which is a big plus, especially on slippery surfaces.
Light-colored shoes with stain issues
The shoe is okay overall, but I wouldn't suggest getting any light-colored shoes from this brand. Even after trying to clean them like they said, I couldn't get rid of a yellow stain that showed up the first time I wore them while walking on a dry golf course. Watching their video on removing stains didn't work either, since the stain stayed on the shoes but not on the laces.
Sneakers
I just bought a pair of sneakers online and let me tell you, I'm really happy with them. The quality is top-notch and they fit perfectly. The website was easy to use, checking out was a breeze. My order arrived quickly and was well-protected in the package. All in all, it was a great shopping experience and I'd totally suggest this company to others.
Women's Soho, Weekend sneaker, Men's Weekender, Alta limited color green
I recently bought some shoes from your brand, ya know, like the Women's Soho, Weekend sneaker, Men's Weekender, and limited edition green Alta. When I first got 'em, they were awesome at keepin' my feet dry and comfy, just like they advertised. But when it came to cleaning 'em, man, that was a whole 'nother story! The pleather/vegan leather was easy to scrub down with some baking soda and vinegar, but the cloth material took some real elbow grease and didn't seem to stay as waterproof after each wash. And don't even get me started on the white shoes - those things were a pain to clean without leavin' behind those gross grey smudges. So yeah, kinda disappointed there.
Men's waterproof shoes
I finally got these shoes after searching for rain boots for years. They are perfect for rainy days and even for going fishing in the winter. I love them so much!
Early morning dog walks
These shoes have seriously changed the game for me during my early morning dog walks on dewey grass. They're kind of like water shoes, but they have a more sporty vibe. The only bummer is that they're a bit too wide for my taste. But all in all, I'm super satisfied with my buy.
Cute and comfortable walking shoes
These shoes are awesome! They showed up really fast and were packaged so nicely. The envelope even had all the care and return info which was great. They fit just right and feel like walking on a cloud. I definitely recommend them!
Comfortable, warm, and dry shoes
I got a pair of these shoes as a gift and ended up buying more because they are seriously the best! They are super cozy and keep my feet nice and toasty, and they also keep them dry. I can't recommend them enough, I think everyone should have at least a couple of pairs of these in their closet!
