Durable hat purchase
I got this really tough hat from this company and man, it's been through a lot. I've worn it hiking, fishing, you name it. It's been beaten up but still going strong. The other day, I accidentally washed it and it got a couple small holes. But I contacted the company and they replaced it, no questions asked. They really stand by their guarantee! I am so impressed with this company and their stuff.
Hat Purchase
The hat I got from this store was alright, but I have a few issues. The Lifetime Guarantee they talk up isn't all it's cracked up to be. Dealing with it is kind of a pain - you gotta fork over $20 for shipping if you want to swap out a beat-up item. It used to be easier - you could just bring it to any store and get a new one. If they want to be more in charge of the process, they could do a verification and give you a certificate for an easy exchange at any store without the extra shipping fee.
