    I was really bummed out that the free gift offer wasn't available anymore when I placed my order. It had only started less than a day before, so I felt like I missed out unfairly.     Dog food purchase

    Hey there, so my first order went super well - shipped out the same day I ordered, which was great! But then my second order ended up being a nightmare. I placed the order on the 2nd, then got an email on the 5th saying it wouldn't ship for 3 to 4 business days. After waiting what felt like forever, I reached out to customer service on the 14th, and they promised it would ship the next day. But surprise, surprise - nothing happened. I emailed again on the 20th to cancel, and finally got a tracking number, but turns out it was just the label being printed. Come on! It's just dog food, is my poor pup supposed to starve for weeks or what? No help, no solutions, just a promise of free treats for my next order like that'll make it all better. Step it up, guys!
