My experience with ProWritingAid was really frustrating. I was told it would work with Google Docs, but when I had problems, they said it couldn't handle Google's changes. I tried a bunch of times to fix things and asked for a refund, but they wouldn't give me one.

This company is a total nightmare. I ordered ink cartridges weeks ago and I still haven't gotten them. When I asked for an update, they said they couldn't even find my order. Seriously? How do you lose an order? It's completely absurd. I'm never buying from them again, and you shouldn't either.
