Scam warranty charges
Hey, I'm in a pickle because I bought a warranty from Upsie but they went out of business! How am I supposed to cancel or use this warranty now? They're not responding to emails and their phone number is disconnected. Such a scam!
Claim status issue
I had some trouble trying to get info on my claim status because the phone number didn't work and no one replied to my emails. I started to think maybe the company folded or something fishy was going on. But then I found out that Upsie got bought out by another company, who quickly got in touch with me about my claims and took care of it all smoothly. That whole situation changed my view of the company, so I bumped up my rating to four stars.
Extended warranty purchase
Upsie's customer service is seriously amazing. I had a problem with my order not showing up in the right category, but their team fixed it super fast. I've bought warranties from them before, and I definitely plan on doing it again. They're so professional and always willing to help, which is why I keep going back to them.
easy website, cost effective
The website is so easy to use, I can find what I need in, like, 2 seconds. I've been using it for a few years now and haven't had any issues at all. Plus, they're really affordable, so I always recommend them to my friends.
Phone insurance with first month 50% discount
The 50% discount they offered on the first month really caught my eye. Not only was the starting price for phone insurance cheaper than other companies, but with that extra discount, picking Upsie was a no-brainer for me. I was really impressed by how simple and straightforward it was to buy the insurance – no hidden costs or complicated terms. The different coverage plans were easy to understand and I felt good about choosing Upsie to protect my device.
Warranty purchase
I bought this warranty online and the website was great at explaining all the options. They showed me comparisons so I could choose the best one for me. Filling out the form was a piece of cake and everything was really well-organized. And the price was amazing! I made a mistake and had to email customer service, but they replied the same day and fixed everything for me. They were really awesome!
New phone insurance purchase
I heard about this company from AAA and thought I'd check it out. The whole thing was easy and didn't give me any trouble. I had just gotten a new phone and was surprised at how pricey the insurance was through my carrier. But with Upsie, I got way better coverage for a lot less money. I'll definitely be using them for all our future device purchases.
Pixel watch protection
I just bought Pixel watch protection from this company because I already have coverage for two phones. I didn't want to go with the carrier's protection plan for my wife's Pixel watch—I'd rather have all my devices covered by Upsie. Signing up was a breeze, and their prices are the best I've found. Even though I haven't had to make any claims, I trust that Upsie has got me covered.
Unlock Galaxy Fold 4 purchase
My experience with Upsie was really great. The whole process was easy and straightforward. I got an unlocked Galaxy Fold 4 and realized that even though there was no discount like with another company, Upsie’s prices were way cheaper. Their coverage was thorough and the deductible was lower, so it just made sense to make the switch.
Android smartphone
Called on Thursday to file for service on phone paid 99.00 told me i would shipping label within 1 or two day . Called today getting same story 1 or 2 days but dont count weekend. This is the worst warranty service i ever dealt with. How is you want local repairs you have to paid for it and hope the send you the money for thr repair.
Laptop Warranty
As many others have said, they reject a ton of cases for various reasons stating it as negligence. All accidents are negligent, including mine. If this isn’t resolved by Monday, I’ll be requesting a fraud refund via my credit card. That’s the only way we can fight back against this fraudulent company. I’d leave one star but for some reason us-reviews.com is preventing that.

Purchased warranty in September 2020 and attempted to file a claim in January 2021. Was told that their system didn't show my policy. However on their app all the info was available. I was told that I made a mistake when purchased the policy and needed to pay an additional fee. After paying the additional fee It took a full week to get this matter resolved. Once I arrived at their approved repair center, it took almost 2 hours to get the necessary claim info forwarded to repair center and get repair started. Do yourself a favor and shop else where. Lost time and lots of aggravation is not worth the few bucks you save.
