I bought this velvet bag online, but my whole experience was pretty disappointing. The package disappeared for like a whole week, and when I contacted customer service, they told me I had to wait another 9 days before I could do anything about it. The live chat support seemed robotic, until I made it clear how urgent my problem was. And even when the package finally showed up, the tracking info didn't even get updated when the item was on its way to me.
