I had a problem with my order getting sent to the wrong address. It was really frustrating, but the customer service team has been reaching out to me and trying to fix it. Even though it's not totally resolved yet, I'm grateful for their hard work and for keeping me updated on what's going on.
Lovely product, snug fit, easy return process
I just got this really cute thing from the store and it showed up right on schedule and in perfect shape. It looked like it was made well, but it was a little too tight on me. I looked at the size chart and got a Medium like it said, but it still didn't fit how I wanted. Luckily, the return was easy peasy, and now I'm just waiting to get my money back.
Clothing purchase
I had a really great experience with the customer service at this company. The person I talked to, Dharani, was so professional and knew their stuff. They asked all the right questions to really get what I needed and fixed things super quick. It was so nice to get such amazing customer service, which can be rare nowadays. I was really thankful for the care and attention they gave me. Big props to the team!
Online shopping experience
I just shopped online with this company and man, it was awesome! They had so many different products to choose from right at my fingertips. And get this - I still had a credit in my account from a past purchase when something was out of stock. The fact that they honored it without any problems really shows they care about their customers. I'm super happy with how everything went and I'll definitely be coming back to shop again.

The customer service reps at this store really put in the effort to help out customers, but there's a problem with refunds taking too long. They usually do a good job and make sure customers are happy with what they bought. But, speeding up the refund process would definitely make things better for everyone.
Church Attire categories
I was searching for a white dress for a special occasion and came across the "Church Attire" section. There were so many great choices, beautiful dresses and even some pant suits that I really liked. It was tough to decide because there were so many options. In the end, I ended up buying two white dresses because they were too hard to resist. The quality of the material and the craftsmanship of the dresses was top-notch. I am really happy with my purchases and will definitely come back to shop again.
Short Dress Purchase
I just bought a short dress from this company. The dress was good quality, but the style just didn't work for me. I've been trying to reach out to their customer service for over a week now to get a return label, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's pretty frustrating to be ignored when all I want to do is return an item. And to make matters worse, I keep getting emails trying to get me to buy more stuff from them, which feels like adding insult to injury. The customer service at this company is terrible. I got a dress that looked like it was already used, with no tags and super wrinkled. I followed their return policy, but it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's totally ridiculous!
Amazing customer service
Oh my goodness, I ordered something online and later found out it was actually coming from really far away. I got worried that it wouldn't arrive in time for my cruise! But I reached out to customer service and they were super friendly. They ended up expediting my order and saved the day for me!
Elegant and sophisticated outfit
The outfit is amazing and fits me perfectly. I have a bigger body and bust, so it's nice that it actually looks good on me and makes me feel feminine. I really like the little details, like the inside of the sweater and the fancy clip that keeps the sheer cardigan closed. It just makes the outfit stand out. Plus, I can wear it with or without the shawl, which gives me different ways to style it for different events.

The blue jean dress I bought was amazing! It fit me perfectly and looked just like it did online. The material was so comfy and it arrived super quickly. Curve clothing, Clearpay issue
I really love the clothes they have for Curve! They have so many cute options and I wanted to get a few items, you know? I tried to pay with Clearpay since they say you can use it, but it wouldn't work no matter what I did. I could only get one thing and now I have to hope the other stuff is still there next time. Ugh, it's so frustrating!
