Swimwear purchase
I bought a swimsuit last year and it still looks like I just got it! So, I decided to buy another one in a different color for this year. I had a little problem where a discount didn't show up like it should have, but the customer service folks really went out of their way to fix it. I really value how much they care about making things right.
Quick refund on returned items
I bought two things from this company, but when I tried them on, they didn't fit like I hoped. So I sent them back, but at first, they said I couldn't get a refund since the items didn't meet their return rules. But after I reached out to them, they ended up giving me all my money back. It was really annoying at first, but I'm glad they fixed it in the end.
