I've been a customer of this service for a while now, and I've noticed that the quality and choice have gone down over time. At the beginning, we really liked all the extra lullabies and stories we could get for our daughter. But lately, there haven't been as many options. Before, we could just buy the cameras and have access to a bunch of songs and stories. Now, we have to pay for a subscription to get the same stuff. The picture still looks good, but it's a bummer that we don't get those free extras anymore. There are other options out there that are cheaper and have more features and don't make you pay a subscription fee.
Camera purchase
I bought a camera from this company recently to beef up security at my place. Sadly, only after 6 months, the antenna on the device broke off, making it a pain to use. I tried to get in touch with customer support for help with fixing or replacing it under warranty, but got no response at all. It was pretty disappointing to not get any help, and I wish I had done more research on the company before buying. The camera itself works okay, but the fact that the antenna snapped so easily shows it's not well-made. Instead of taking care of their customers, the company just sends a bunch of annoying upgrade spam emails, which is frustrating. In the end, I wouldn't recommend buying from them because of their bad customer service and lack of quality control.
Ankle monitor for baby
The ankle monitor from this company has really changed the game for my husband and me. As new parents, we've been so worried about our baby when he's napping. But ever since we started using the ankle monitor from this company, we can relax a bit more, knowing our baby is safe. The technology is dependable and has really helped us during those tough nights, giving us some much-needed rest. We're thankful for the peace of mind that this product has given us.
Nursery Pal Double Camera Monitor
No problems at all with the monitor and double camera! Sometimes I have to reset it for the phone to connect, but the monitor itself always works perfectly. I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it for monitoring two rooms.
Surveillance camera purchase
I bought some surveillance cameras from this company and they have really been a game-changer for me. Being a busy parent, it's so great to be able to peek in on my little guy while he's napping or at night. Those movement detection notifications are a lifesaver, letting me know right away if he needs me or if he's just moving in his sleep. The app is pretty easy to use, but I have had some trouble with the connection when the internet goes down. The best part is I can share access with my family, even the ones who live far away, which is a nice added bonus.
Troublesome setup
Setting up my camera was a real nightmare. I tried multiple times, followed all the instructions, but just couldn't get it to pair with my phone. So frustrating! I finally decided to contact customer support for help. But man, the experience was a total disaster. I called their support line, was put on hold forever, and then got disconnected without speaking to anyone! Tried calling back, same thing happened. Feeling defeated, I sent an email explaining my problem and asked for a call back, but never heard back from them. I even submitted a support request online, but got completely ignored. The lack of help and communication left me feeling powerless and let down.
Nursery Pal Premium Camera
I've been using the Nursery Pal Premium Camera for a year now and it's been working really well. What I like most is that I can easily move the camera around, get notifications when there's movement, and even get 30-second videos for free. It's cool that I can keep the videos I want and they all automatically get erased at midnight. I have had some trouble with the camera going offline, but I think it's more likely my internet connection's fault rather than the camera itself. The sound quality is good on both ends, and overall, it gets the job done. Even though I use it to keep an eye on my cat instead of a baby, I'm still super happy with how it's been working out.
Home security camera
I've been using a home security camera for about a year now, and I gotta say, it's been pretty good overall. The camera links up with my phone, so I can keep an eye on things from a distance, which is super handy. But, I've noticed that sometimes it randomly disconnects from the network, and that bugs me 'cause then I can't rely on it. Also, the night vision isn't the best - you gotta have the camera real close to whatever you're trying to see in the dark to get a clear picture. Even with these issues, I still think this camera is better than others I've tried before, so I'd recommend it.
Safety monitors
These monitors are amazing! One time my little cousin almost went in the pool and the monitor beeped like crazy. I flew out there and rescued him just in time. Now I bring it everywhere, even to the trampoline. My mom thinks it's like having a backup set of eyes. The video is crystal clear, especially at night. It records all the sounds and movements too. I feel a lot safer knowing I can keep an eye on things around the house.

The home security camera system is kind of just okay, I guess. The movements are a little choppy and slow to move around, and the baby monitor thing seems a bit top-heavy, but it does stay balanced. The actual camera works okay, but I keep getting annoying emails asking me to sign up for their premium service and almost every cool feature on the app is locked behind a paywall. It's not great to spend a good chunk of money on the device only to constantly be asked for more money to access basic stuff.
