Melissa Farrah Platform Shoes
I just bought some Melissa Farrah platform shoes from this website and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how everything went. The sale price I got was awesome and I'm so happy with my new shoes. They arrived super fast and they look exactly like they did on the website. Wrong item
The order process was really slow and when I finally got my package, it was completely wrong! Can you believe that? I asked for store credit for the price difference, but they only allowed me to make a return. Pretty disappointing, I have to admit. I think I'll just buy Essentials from their real website next time.

Clothes, fast shipping, free return
Oh my gosh, so I ordered some clothes online and they seriously arrived like lightning speed! Like, I was totally shocked. And when I opened the package, each item was wrapped up in its own cute little bag, which I thought was pretty neat. But then, I noticed that one of the items was too small, so I had to send it back. But get this, they included a shipping label so I could return it for free! That was seriously sweet of them. All in all, the whole return process was a breeze and super quick. And the customer service folks were really friendly too.
Clothes
I order my daughter clothes for Xmas everything looked exactly as was displayed on website and delivery was prompted and on time really like clothes and prices will be ordering again.
Multiple items
I don't usually leave reviews as I have a pretty high tolerance when it comes to mistakes that can happen in life. However, this has been a nightmare of an experience for me. I ordered an item that said in stock on their website for my friend's birthday gift. After a month of waiting an seeing my order status never changed, I decided to contact their customer service. Note that no one has contacted me until I reached out. The customer care told me that they couldn't locate my item in the warehouse and will have to cancel the order and offered me 15% off my next purchase.
I decided to let it go and placed another order since I thought the discount was a decent gesture for their mistake. My second order was never fulfilled AGAIN after two weeks of waiting and they sent me the exact same email.
I'm not sure if they think 15% off is an amazing offer that will help people to forget about their problems but my time is way more valuable and the time wasted on this single purchase and website was like no other in my entire online shopping experiences.

I bought clothes from here a while ago.
And with these brands, there is no question of quality.
