Faulty in-ear pods
I recently bought some in-ear pods from your site, but they didn't keep a charge. I reached out to customer support, sent over the proof of purchase, and even showed them pics and videos of the problem. Even after that, they kept asking for the same info I already gave them. Finally, they said they were closing the case without fixing it. Dealing with their bad customer service was super frustrating. I was stuck with a broken product and no way to return it or get my money back. Luckily, after a while, another customer service rep got in touch, said sorry for the mess, and quickly gave me a refund. I really appreciate the help from the second person, they really came through.
